The Silver Cactus began in 1998 while in Springfield, Oregon. Roger Stotts, the owner, was a store manager for Michaels Arts and Crafts in Eugene, Oregon.While under going a routine medical exam, it was discovered that he had Prostate Cancer. He had surgery in 1998 and the cancer had not spread out of his prostate. Do to early detection, all of the cancer was removed. |
